La Jolla Cove # 85
My apologies for not posting more frequently, I am re-doing my studio space for an open studio on the 8th of August. If you are interested in seing my methods and tools, my paintings of just getting together. Please stop by. There will be more information posted on my facebook fan page.

Painting La Jolla Cove #84
These little paintings are a gift I give to myself. They are more than ritual, more than experiments, and much more than exercises on canvas. They have allowed me to explore my own commitment to creating and expressing my self with a paint brush. As I approach 100 little paintings, studies of the same spot, I have mixed feelings. A part of me thinks I have done a wonderful thing and feels elated. I think that is what I am going to go with. thanks for stopping by and checking out my 84th painting of La Jolla Cove.

La Jolla Cove # 83
I am a little behind, the weather, the crazy makers, my own distractions. It is a phenomenon that happens to artist, programmers, large corporation small corporations, that moments before completing something major, any distraction even a minor one will show up. Something at the beginning of the project that seemed inconsequential are now monumental. It just requires pushing through to the goal.
