This model had a lot of character and a unique look. It was a good exercise.  Studio 2nd Street is the perfect place to practice and a great place to take lessons.  If you are seriou sabout improving you should check them out.

Mission Dam in San Diego. A beautiful spot for hiking.  The water looks very inviting, but we are not allowed to swim there.  It is a great place for hiking and biking.  There are trails there for people at all fitness levels.

I am fond of this oil pastel painting, It is on 14 x 11 pastel paper, matted. These are my favorite cats at the zoo.

Siberian Lynx are one of the most interesting cats at the San Diego Zoo.  When I watch them move about they sometimes seem like a domestic cat, but their paws and teeth are pretty big.

They seem to stare right at you which is hypnotic and scary at the same time. They are very photogenic. Thanks for checking in.
