99 …, 100 La Jolla Cove Paintings
Sorry for the delay and spotty posting. I have my 100 paintings done. They are in my home studio. The effort was well worth the time. I hope to post a video of the studio and the paintings in a few days.

I did this last one with a thin under painting, it really captured the grayness and beauty of the mornings we have been having at the cove. I have decided I do not want to sell any of the 100 paintings separately. I prefer to offer the collection on loan with a series of products that complement the collection, books, post cards, posters, etc… Coffee cups. the blog and product information page for 100 paintings is still in it’s infancy at http://100paintings.jeremymckay.com. Painting La Jolla Cove #84
These little paintings are a gift I give to myself. They are more than ritual, more than experiments, and much more than exercises on canvas. They have allowed me to explore my own commitment to creating and expressing my self with a paint brush. As I approach 100 little paintings, studies of the same spot, I have mixed feelings. A part of me thinks I have done a wonderful thing and feels elated. I think that is what I am going to go with. thanks for stopping by and checking out my 84th painting of La Jolla Cove.
